A Soulworker at heart

For over two and a half decades, I have worked at the intersection of brand, business, and belief — helping organisations not just grow, but grow in ways that create enduring value. From managing OOH campaigns for Vodafone and Nokia at Ogilvy & Mather, to architecting stakeholder engagement frameworks for global MICE Experiences, my career has been one constant enquiry: can business be a genuine, sustained force for good?

Today, I advise founders, CMOs, and institutional leaders through Soulworks on one fundamental question: how do you build a business that grows fast and grows right? The two are not in conflict. In fact, the organisations I have seen scale sustainably are almost always those that have done the harder work of aligning their commercial ambitions with their values, their community, and their footprint on the planet.
